Bicycle Friendly Business Award

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is now a League of American Bicyclists recognized silver designation Bicycle Friendly BusinessSM (BFBSM)!

ODH joins a cutting-edge group of over 1,100 local businesses, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies across the United States that are transforming the American workplace.

Several ODH employees participated in National Bike to Work Day on May 18. Biking is healthy, fun and environmentally friendly.

“As we celebrate National Bike Month and the tenth year of the Bicycle Friendly Business program, the League of American Bicyclists is honored to recognize our latest Bicycle Friendly Businesses,” said Amelia Neptune, Director of the Bicycle Friendly America program. “We applaud these workplaces, including ODH, for leading the charge in creating a more bicycle-friendly America for everyone.”
