Federal Abstinence Grant Funding
	Community-Based Abstinence Education (CBAE) http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/fysb/fund-anncmt.htm
	These grants (formerly known as SPRANS grants) are available from the Administration for Children and Families. This grant program supports direct educational abstinence services to youth. The CBAE abstinence grants have been approved for fiscal year 2005 funding at $104 million.
	The Adolescent Family Life (AFL) Demonstration and Research program http://opa.osophs.dhhs.gov/titlexx/oapp.html
	Created in 1981 as Title XX of the Public Health Service Act, it is available from the Office of Adolescent Pregnancy Programs (OAPP). This grant program supports both demonstration and research grants. The AFL program was funded at $30.7 million in fiscal year 2004.
