Anthem's Lunch Well Program: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has an employer guide that explains how to implement the Lunch Well program. This is one of the many tools Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield provides its employer clients.  The guide is included in the free, easy-to-use "Time Well Spent" online toolkits, filled with flyers, posters, payroll stuffers and articles employers can post to their Intranet site and publish in employee newsletters about a wide range of nutrition, physical activity and other health topics.
