Health Care Provider Online Business Processing: Secure log-in for health care providers licensed and/or certified by the Ohio Department of Health, Division of Quality Assurance to obtain provider specific information and perform business processes online. These processes will include, but are not limited to, renewing long-term care licenses, submitting facility self-reported incidents, updating information, and submitting electronic payments.

The HCS program was created to establish safety and quality of care standards and data reporting requirements for a provider of a HCS listed above. The quality rules set minimum standards that a provider of the service must meet in order to offer the service.
