Between Poor Health Care Access and Population Characteristics
The
report focuses on the association between population characteristics and
poor access to care. The report investigates the association of insurance
coverage, income, race, geography, health status and other demographic and
socioeconomic factors with access problems such as having unmet health
needs, high emergency room utilization, poor quality of care, and/or no
office-based usual source of care.
