Hospital Performance Measures

Provides hospital data reports allowing consumers to easily compare hospital performance measures such as heart failure and pneumonia measures.

In addition, this web page provides instructions and guidelines for hospitals' reporting of inpatient and outpatient performance measures mandated under Ohio Revised Code section 3727.33. 

Hospital Data Disclosure

Provides information about hospital inpatient and outpatient reports mandated under Ohio Revised Code section 3727.34. The reports contain Ohio hospital inpatient and outpatient charges for the most frequently treated diagnosis related groups and procedures.

Hospital Measures Advisory Council

Allows the Hospital Measures Advisory Council members, their data experts and the general public to view and download agendas, meeting minutes and documents related to all meetings. Users can also view or download a roster of members and upcoming meeting dates and times.

The Council was created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 3727.31 and each member of the Council appointed a representative to the Data Expert Group pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 3727.32.
