The Ryan White Title II Part B program at the Ohio Department of Health has established HIV Care Consortia for the purpose of regional priority setting and resource allocation of emergency financial assistance.
These regional community planning bodies work to identify consumer service needs, reduce barriers to care and establish a continuum of care for people living with HIV/AIDS in the State of Ohio.
