The Certificate of Need database is available for identifying applications currently under review and reviewing Certificate of Need decisions issued. For applications currently under review, you will be able to determine where the application is in the review process. For applications that have received a decision, you will be able to see the decision, decision date, whether the decision was appealed and project completion date, if applicable.
