  Ohio Asthma Coalition

The Ohio Asthma Coalition is a group of healthcare professionals representing health care facilities, public health, environmental groups, and advocacy groups.  They have come together since 2003 to:

Vision: Living Well with Asthma!

Mission: Improving the Lives of Ohioans with Asthma!

Through this mission the coalition is working together to promote changes in the systems that care for people with asthma and in the environment.  Starting in 2009, the coalition, supported by the ODH Asthma Program, will be working on projects to improve asthma management in schools, with health providers and in homes.  These activities will be aimed at creating solutions that can be disseminated across the state.
