School Environmental Health and Safety Inspection Manual
The Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Environmental Health, Indoor Environments Section created the School Environmental Health and Safety Inspection Manual to assist local health departments and school districts with the implementation of Ohio Administrative Code chapter 3701-54, also known as “Jarod’s Law.” This manual provides guidance related to the regulations, as well as additional recommendations aimed at creating a healthy and safe environment in school buildings throughout Ohio.
