In an effort to assist the local health departments and school districts with the implementation of the regulations required by Ohio Administrative Code chapter 3701-54 or “Jarod’s Law,” the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Environmental Health, Indoor Environments Section conducted five regional training sessions. These training sessions featured speakers who addressed all rules and selected topics contained in the regulations.
