The members will be meeting in person on a quarterly basis in Columbus at the Ohio Department of Health.  The meeting dates and the minutes from the meetings are listed below:

The members of the whole committee also make up the sub-committees:

Design and Construction SubCommittee - This committee will be reviewing and revising rules 3701-31-04 and 3701-31-04.1.  This committee will meet via teleconference from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. on the following dates: November 10, December 9, January 13, 2009, February 10, March 10, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8.

Health and Safety SubCommittee - This committee will be reviewing and revising rule 3701-31-05.  This committee will meet via teleconference from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. on the following dates: November 3, December 1, January 5, 2009, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3, September 14.

Operations and Water Quality SubCommittee - This committee will be reviewing and revising 3701-31-06 and 3701-31-07.  This committee will meet via teleconference from 10:00 - 11:30 on the following dates: November 17, December 15, January 12, 2009,  February 9, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21.
