Vision Statement

Mission Statement
βTo provide collaborative leadership to improve cardiovascular health and prevent stroke for all Ohioans.β
Membership
Members of the of the Ohio Cardiovascular Health Alliance work collaboratively to:
o Provide strategic input for identified priority areas;
o Attend Alliance meetings on a regular basis;
o Promote the Ohio CVH Alliance, the Ohio Stroke Council, the Great Lakes Regional Stroke Network or any joint/shared activities;
o Provide leadership to the Alliance and its work groups;
o Assist in the implementation of activities;
o Serve as a resource for the development of initiatives;
o Disseminate information/resources about heart disease and stroke prevention activities back to the member's network/organization; and
o Assist in identifying resources to support Alliance goals and objectives.
