Federally Qualified Health Centers
Ohio's Community Health Centers (FQHCs)are required to provide care to all patients regardless of a person's insurance status or ability to pay. The following represents a breakdown of the patients that community health centers serve: • 33% are uninsured • 38% are on Medicaid • 21% have private insurance • 38% are 0-19 years old; 35% are 20-44 years old • 54% are white; 35% are Black/African American.
