Radiologic Licensure - Fees

Initial application fee: $65.

Renewal application fee: $45.

Individuals who are applying for a Radiographer license and hold a current General X-ray Machine Operator (GXMO) license need only to submit a $15 application fee. The radiographer license will expire on the expiration date of the current GXMO license.

Please be advised that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; acknowledgment is affirmed when signing the "Statement of Declaration" section on the applications.
