Requirements

Radiographer License - Requirements:

• Currently registered as a radiographer from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
   

-Or-
 

• Hold a valid license certificate, or other credential issued by another state that is at least equal to the standards established by the Ohio radiologic license rules.
   

-Or-
 

• Eligible to take the state radiographer license examination by completing an accredited educational program.
   

Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Requirements:
 

• Currently registered as a nuclear medicine technologist from the (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
   

-Or-
 

• Hold a valid license certificate, or other credential, issued by another state that is at least equal to the standards established by the Ohio radiologic license rules.
   

-Or-
 

• Eligible to take the state radiographer license examination by completing an accredited educational program.

Radiation Therapist - Requirements:
 

• Currently registered as a radiation therapist from the ARRT.
   

-Or-
 

• Hold a valid license certificate, or other credential, issued by another state that is at least equal to the standards established by the Ohio radiologic license rules.
   

-Or-
 

• Eligible to take the state radiation therapists license examination by completing an accredited educational program.
