Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) Inspection Program
The Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Radiologic Technology Program is contracted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to perform annual MQSA inspections.
Certified inspectors are located in district offices throughout the state. To speak with a MQSA inspector about your inspection, call the office nearest you.
