You can find a free clinic by visiting the Ohio Association of Free Clinics' (OAFC) website at http://www.ohiofreeclinics.org/find-a-clinic/ or by calling (614) 545-0760.  OAFC lists 55 free clinics serving 51 Ohio counties on its website.

2. How do I find a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or FQHC Look-Alike in my community?

You can find a FQHC or FQHC Look-Alike by calling the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) at 1-888-884-3101 or by visiting the OACHC’s website at http://www.ohiochc.org/.

You can also visit the Health Resource and Services Administration's website to find a health center by address.
