Orientation for Nurses New to Ohio Schools-- Register Now!
ODH offers an orientation for registered nurses who have less than two years of experience working in schools and who have not previously attended an orientation. Registration information about the 2014 orientation is now available.

The School Nursing Program is pleased to offer a series of one-hour monthly webcasts for public health nurses working in Ohio schools entitled, Public Health Nurses: Successful Partnerships with Ohio Schools. Online Continuing Education Independent Study Opportunities for Nurses
The School Nursing Program is pleased to offer continuing nursing education opportunities for nurses licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing. These online independent study courses cover a range of topics including medication administration, human trafficking, ImpactSIIS, vision and hearing screening techniques and others. Training on Medication Administration
Medication Administration in Ohio Schools: Training for School Personnel is currently unavailable. It is being revised and updated. Information will be shared at this site as well as on the ODH School Nurse Bulletin Board when the independent study is once again available.
