Hearing Aid Dealers & Fitters Licensing Board

The Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Licensing Board, in accordance with Chapter 4747 of the Ohio Revised Code, oversees the practice of fitting and selling hearing aids in Ohio. The Board is responsible for examining and licensing individuals and businesses that practice in the state, and for monitoring compliance with the Board’s law and rules.

If you would like to attend a meeting, write to hearing@odh.ohio.gov at least three (3) days prior to the meeting so your name may be added to the Security Roster for entrance to ODH.

Location: ODH beginning at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted.

Attending a Board meeting meets the one-hour continuing education requirement in “ethics or Ohio state law.” Write hearing@odh.ohio.gov at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting to ensure you are added to the Security Roster.
