Ohio Talks HIV

For those who attended one of the 2013 Ohio Talks HIV events, thank you and congratulations! You were part of approximately 800 non-HIV service providers trained as HIV Care Messengers by the Ohio Department of Health, HIV Care Services Section, in conjunction with SUMA Social Marketing. The Ohio Talks HIV trainings were held in 10 cities throughout Ohio, training participants in basic HIV facts, local resources, and making appropriate referrals. You can now serve as an HIV Care Messenger for your community and agency. Please make use of our resources link to download handouts from these events.

For those who would like to be part of this exciting opportunity, you can become an HIV Care Messenger by taking the two-hour online training available on the Training Opportunities page. Two CEUs are available for those completing the course.
