MDS 3.0 Training

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) offers MDS training on a regular basis. If reservations are low, a specific training may be canceled. These training sessions are provided to meet the needs of Medicare and Medicaid certified facilities.

Trainings are scheduled to take place at ODH, which is located at 35 E. Chestnut Street, Columbus.  Breaks and lunch times are available but are the responsibility of the attendee.  The training schedules are listed under MDS Basic Training Information below.  That document also includes information on how to register for these classes.

The agenda and handouts must be printed and brought to the MDS 3.0 trainings. There will be no handouts provided at any of the trainings.
