Pending (Proposed) Rules

ODH defines "Pending rules" as proposals that ODH is formally offering for adoption by the Public Health Council or the Director of Health, whichever authority is appropriate. Once proposed for adoption, a public hearing will be held to decide on adoption of the rules.
