Following is a list of O.A.C. rules that pertain to the Ohio Department of Health that have either become effective during the last three months, or that have been final filed and will be effective in the near future. The rules are ordered by Chapter number.
Besides the attached rules, OAC 3701-2-03.4 and 3701-2-07 were rescinded. Content from rule 3701-2-03.4 was merged into rule 3701-2-03.2, forming a combined bureau (the Bureau for children with medical handicaps and early intervention services.
