The Incident Management System has it’s origins in the military. Every military event has it’s own management system that the officers and troops follow. Ohio has adopted the Incident Management System which was established by the National Fire Academy. A statewide steering committee was formed and it includes representatives from ODH. The committee has produced a video which you will see.
