7 Small Steps to Help Weight Loss
- Eat slowly, and try
not to eat while doing other things, like watching TV or reading
- Take smaller
servings and don’t take "seconds"
- Eat more fruit and
vegetables for fiber and to help fill you up
- Try not to eat fried
foods, and use very little butter and oils
- Find an activity
that you like, such as walking or riding your bike
- Make time to
exercise all or most days of the week
- Reward yourself for
your successes and progress
