7 Small Steps to Help Weight Loss
  • Eat slowly, and try not to eat while doing other things, like watching TV or reading

  • Take smaller servings and don’t take "seconds"

  • Eat more fruit and vegetables for fiber and to help fill you up

  • Try not to eat fried foods, and use very little butter and oils

  • Find an activity that you like, such as walking or riding your bike

  • Make time to exercise all or most days of the week

  • Reward yourself for your successes and progress
