Same-day service is available to walk-in customers only and no prearranged orders are permitted (for Ohio birth and death records only).

Customer Service Hours:
Same-day service hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM (orders must be placed in person only by 4:30 PM and any orders after 4:30 PM are not guaranteed same-day, but may be picked up the following business day or mailed out.
Regular Office hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

  • We accept cash, check, or money orders (in U.S. funds); sorry, no credit or debit cards.

  • Approximate wait time is 30 minutes.
